2. Management and maintenance of the portal are not required. All bookings and customer services are fulfilled by Travel Trade Marketplace.

3. There are no KPIs or targets.

4. Access to appropriate data is restricted to privacy laws and does not constitute any ownership.

5. Successful applicants will require to sign an agreement.
